- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation and design approval.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days.
- Customized orders may require additional production time.
2. Production & Dispatch Policy
- Production begins after advance/full payment.
- Dispatch is done only after full payment clearance.
- If balance payment is not completed within 7 days, order may be cancelled and advance forfeited.
3. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver across all states in India.
- We ship internationally to most countries.
4. Shipping Charges
- India: Free shipping on all eligible orders.
- International: May be free or calculated at checkout depending on location.
5. Delivery Timelines
- India: 5–7 working days
- International: 5–10 working days

6. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may attract customs duties and taxes.
- These charges must be paid by the customer.
- We are not responsible for customs delays.
8. Delivery Delays

9. Lost / Damaged / Undelivered Orders
- Report within 48 hours.
- Investigation will be done with courier partner.
- Replacement may be provided if applicable.

Customers must provide accurate address details. We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect details.
