  1. Production begins after advance/full payment.
  2. Dispatch is done only after full payment clearance.
  3. If balance payment is not completed within 7 days, order may be cancelled and advance forfeited.

3. Shipping Coverage

  1. We deliver across all states in India.
  2. We ship internationally to most countries.

4. Shipping Charges

  1. India: Free shipping on all eligible orders.
  2. International: May be free or calculated at checkout depending on location.

5. Delivery Timelines

  1. India: 5–7 working days
  2. International: 5–10 working days

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

9. Lost / Damaged / Undelivered Orders

  2. Investigation will be done with courier partner.
  3. Replacement may be provided if applicable.
