All products are customized and made-to-order.

❗ Therefore, returns and refunds are NOT applicable after production begins.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if:

  1. Production has not started
  2. Design approval is pending

Once approved, cancellation is not allowed.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  1. Order is cancelled before production

No refunds for:

  1. Customized products
  2. Digital products
  3. Subscriptions
  4. Services

4. Damaged Products

Accepted only if:

  1. Unboxing video available
  2. Reported within 24 hours

5. Replacement

Approved claims may be replaced or refunded.

6. International Orders

  1. No refund on customs or taxes
  2. Return shipping paid by customer

7. Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to reject invalid claims.
