Cancellation Policy – NeelTeck Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

This policy applies to all platforms operated by NeelTeck.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Orders can be cancelled only if:

Production has not started
Design approval has not been given

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

Design is approved
Production has started
Product is customized

3. Advance Payment

Advance payments may be non-refundable
May be forfeited if cancellation occurs after processing stage

4. Company Rights

NeelTeck reserves the right to:

Cancel orders due to non-payment
Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders

5. Refund on Cancellation

Refund applicable only if cancellation is approved before production.
